How does GlowVive Import work?
You create a shipment or send package details, then GlowVive gives you tracking updates until the package is processed and delivered.
What is Create Shipment?
Use Create Shipment when you already know your package details such as weight, item type, receiver details and delivery method.
What is Send Package?
Use Send Package when you do not know the weight or dimensions. Our warehouse team will measure and update you.
What is Air Basic?
Air Basic is estimated at 17–20 days. GlowVive handles customs clearance.
What is Air Express?
Air Express is faster, usually maximum 7 days. Customer handles customs clearance and will be contacted when the package arrives in Nigeria.
What is Ocean / Sea shipping?
Ocean / Sea shipping is slower but usually cheaper for bigger goods. Estimated delivery is 30–45 days.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes. Use your GlowVive Import tracking ID on the tracking page.
Do I need KYC?
Yes. KYC may be required before you can fully use all import services.
